Serving as the primary point of contact for all creative endeavors, James has earned the trust and respect of our clients, leading to exceptional results across the board. Most recently, James' leadership in performance creative development scored Optimal and Plunge a MediaPost Planning & Buying Awards nod, with Plunge's paid social campaigns witnessing a 20% improvement in click engagement, a staggering 140% increase in conversion rate, and a remarkable 62% decrease in new customer cost per acquisition.

Sara Weinstein, Healthcare Data Genius

Since joining Optimal in January 2022, SVP Sara Weinstein has emerged as the driving force of our Healthcare division. With a remarkable ability to identify opportunities to help her clients create hyper-targeted campaigns using fully-permissioned, privacy-compliant healthcare data, Sara consistently delivers the results clients need.
